MANDATORY STATEMENT

Mandatory statement about good fund management cf. The Danish Financial Statements Act §77a promulgates a mandatory statement about good fund management.

The Fund’s distribution policy is stated in the article of association. It states that the Fund’s resources are only to be used for the development of the Fund’s occupational business within the objective or for establishing user rates after necessary consolidation.

In the event of the Fund being disbanded the excess means will be used for research purposes within the subject areas which the Fund has concerned itself with.
